Gemunu – Founder & Managing Director

It all began when I realized that a part of me was a nomad. What I wonder now is how I ever missed it — when a quiet voice urged me to scale Sigiriya once more, or to escape into the heart of the Sinharaja Forest and listen to the cicadas.

I am a traveler at heart — but a little different. I like humming a song of my own while listening to the songs of nature. I want to forget every discomfort while sitting comfortably on a beach, watching the sun set across a tropical sky.

This very spirit is woven into the travel experiences we design. We help you live the journey, fully immersed in every moment rather than merely passing through it. You will feel it from the very first conversation with us.

Gagana – Director: Product Development & Strategy

I’ve always been curious about the world — how it looks, how it smells, how it feels. I love noticing the little things that make a moment special: the laughter of people sharing a meal, the way sunlight falls across a street, the quiet hum of life in a village.

For me, travel is about experiencing those moments fully, letting them stay with you long after you’ve left. I try to bring that feeling into every journey I plan, so that each trip is more than a visit — it’s a story you carry with you.

Damayanthi – Head of Operations & Ground Services

I like taking care of things so people feel comfortable and at ease. I believe it is the small things — a kind smile, good timing, or a simple helping hand — that make a big difference. I feel happy when plans come together well and everyone feels at ease.

For me, travel should feel easy and stress-free, allowing people to relax and enjoy their time without worry. I try to bring this care and calm into everything I do, so each journey feels well looked after and leaves our guests with pleasant memories they can remember with a smile.

Sanjana – Head of Planning & Governance

I enjoy taking a step back and looking at the bigger picture — thinking about how things are done and how they can be improved over time. I like order, clarity, and doing things in a fair and thoughtful way.

For me, it’s important that decisions are made with care and that values are respected in everything we do. I try to support the team by offering perspective and helping keep things aligned, so the company can grow steadily and responsibly. My focus is on helping create a strong foundation that allows everyone else to do their work with confidence and peace of mind.
